As our Health & Wellbeing Partner, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to support injured workers while ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational requirements. You’ll also manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace, helping to create a psychologically safe environment while promoting positive mental health strategies. Working closely with people leaders, you’ll offer guidance on creating an inclusive and supportive work culture and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver health and wellbeing initiatives that engage employees and foster a positive workplace.

To succeed in this role, previous experience in recovery at work or WHS would be great, but you really need strong communication and interpersonal skills. While formal qualifications in work health and safety are a plus, we value experience and a collaborative approach. A Class C driver’s licence is also required. Beyond your technical skills, we’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and empathetic, with a strong sense of humor to keep things light in tough situations.
