Are you ready to join a supportive and dynamic team where you can grow your career while making a real difference in children’s lives?
We are looking for a motivated Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) to support our programs and actively contribute to our team. This is an opportunity to further develop your skills, learn from experienced colleagues, and be part of a service that prioritises child safety, inclusion, and high-quality educational experiences.
In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of engaging programs that foster children’s creativity, curiosity, and love of learning. Using observations and assessments, you’ll tailor experiences to meet individual needs, ensuring that every child feels valued, included, and inspired. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and consistency of our programs, helping children achieve positive outcomes while experiencing a safe, nurturing environment.
You will also play a key role in embedding child safety practices across the service, working alongside leadership to uphold compliance with child protection policies and procedures. Collaboration is at the heart of this position—you will be an active member of a cohesive, long-standing team that shares knowledge, supports each other, and values professional growth. Whether it’s contributing ideas, participating in reflective practice, or supporting team-led events, your involvement will make a real impact.
This position is ideal for someone with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow their career in early childhood education. Previous experience is a strong advantage but not essential; what matters most is your enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to making a positive difference for children and families.
You will be a key part of our team - a team that is passionate, creative, and collaborative, bringing energy and dedication to everything we do. We work together to deliver engaging programs and community events, let our individual passions shine, and support each other to grow professionally—all while creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for children and families.
We have 2 positions available; 1 full time and 1 part-time (2 days per week). If you’re ready to develop your skills, support a passionate team, and help shape high-quality programs, this is the role for you.
